Our family loves this Creamy Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup. It is the ultimate comforting winter soup. It is easy to make, but deliciously thick and creamy.
what you need:
• Celery Stalks
• Carrots
• Chicken Breast
• Dried Thyme
• Dried Basil
• Garlic
• Salt
• Black Pepper
• Chicken Stock
• Butter
• All-Purpose Flour
• Dried Penne Noodles
• Heavy Cream

Combine vegetables and chicken in chicken stock, with some seasonings in the slow cooker. Cook.

Make a roux using some liquid from the slow cooker.

Add the roux to the slow cooker and stir. Add in uncooked penne noodles and cook.

Remove chicken breasts and shred them. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker. Stir in heavy cream. Serve.
