How to Make Brussels Sprouts in the Air Fryer
Here is a brief overview of how this air fryer Brussels sprouts recipe comes together. For the full recipe including all measurements, scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post.
- Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts. While your air fryer is preheating, wash your sprouts, remove any wilted leaves, and trim just the end of the stem.
- Combine the sprouts with the oil and seasonings. Mix together the Brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl so the sprouts are well coated.
- Air fry the Brussels sprouts. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the sprouts are tender. Keep a close eye on them so they don’t get too crispy.
- Top with Parmesan cheese. Take the cooked Brussels sprouts out of the air fryer and toss with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
