Ingredients for Cookie Dough Cheesecake
These are made with easy to find ingredients, so they’re perfect to whip up for any occasion. Find all the measurements in the recipe card at the bottom of the post.
For the Cookie Dough:
- Flour: You will need all purpose flour.
- Brown Sugar: You can use dark or light, both will work here.
- Vanilla Extract
- Sweetened condensed milk: This makes a great substitute for the eggs in cookie dough.
- Chocolate Chips: I like using mini chocolate chips when I make edible cookie dough.
For the Cheesecake:
- Cool Whip: You will want to make sure it is thawed.
- Cream Cheese: Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so it blends smoothly with the other ingredients.
For the Crust:
- Oreos: These make a great simple “crust.” Just smash a couple in the bottom of each small jar with the end of an ice cream scooper or wooden spoon.
How to Make Cookie Dough Cheesecake Cups
This is a brief overview to show you how easy these treats are. See the recipe card at the bottom of the post for the full measurements.
- Pre-bake the flour. Flour can contain E. coli. For this reason, I recommend baking it for five minutes before preparing the recipe.
- Mix together the cookie dough ingredients. It’ll be pretty thick, so take time to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Then set it aside.
- Make the cheesecake mixture. Whip together the whipped topping, cream cheese and vanilla.
- Put it all together. Break up the Oreos in the bottom of 4 ounce glass jars. Then, roll cookie dough into tiny balls and gently fold them into the cheesecake. Top with a heaping spoonful of the cookie dough cheesecake mixture and half an Oreo cookie for garnish.

Oh my goodness, Lisa! These are amazing! And they also make me sad that I no longer have any Cookie Dough Oreos left. :( I had to have a friend from out of state send me some in the mail because we never got them here in the stores. Boo. And shockingly, we already ate both packs of them, lol. ;)
