My S’mores Panini is chocolatey marshmallow deliciousness in a sandwich form. This makes for such a fun dessert!
I love paninis so much. They are easy to make and so delicious. But if you really want to knock someone’s socks off, make them a dessert panini!
In this recipe we are combining chocolate and marshmallow fluff. With those two ingredients and the crisp taste of the toasted bread you get a delicious s’mores taste.
How to Make a S’mores Panini
This is a brief overview of how simple this delicious recipe is. For the full recipe with all of the measurements, see the recipe card at the bottom of the post.
- Toast a marshmallow. If you have a gas stove, you can do this with a metal skewer as long as you use extreme caution and have a fire extinguisher on hand. If you don’t, you can use an un-toasted marshmallow.
- Prepare the sandwich. Spread the bread with chocolate spread. Top with the marshmallow, and then add the second piece of bread.
- Cook the panini. In a greased panini press, close the sandwich. Cook for about 5 minutes or until your press alerts you that it is done.
Chocolate Spread
For the chocolate spread, you are looking for something that has the consistency of peanut butter, but is chocolate. There are many different brands that sell chocolate spread. If you can’t find any, you can use Nutella. It will have a different taste, but will be delicious.
