• Breakfast Sausage • Eggs • Onion • Red Bell Pepper • Salt • Garlic Powder • Black Pepper • Cheddar Cheese

In a large skillet, cook the sausage until fully cooked through. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs. Add the onion, pepper, spices, cooked sausage, and cheese.

Spray the muffin tins and fill the muffin cups with egg mixture. Top with the remaining cheese and bake.
