Chop the tops of the peppers. Drizzle hallowed out peppers with olive oil. Microwave.

Sauté chopped bell pepper tops and garlic. Add ground turkey and cook. Stir in Stir in cooked rice, pasta sauce, and mozzarella. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Divide mixture between the hollowed out bell peppers. Top with cheese. Bake and serve.
