TURKEY NOODLE

CASSEROLE

This Turkey Noodle Casserole is ready in under 30 minutes and it is packed full of flavor! Such a great way to use Thanksgiving leftovers, but makes a great comfort food dinner any time of year!

what you need:

• Egg Noodles • Butter • Frozen Peas • Frozen Corn • Garlic • All-Purpose Flour • Milk • Dried Thyme • Dried Sage • Salt and Pepper • Cooked Turkey • Cheddar

Cook pasta in chicken stock. Reserve some cooking liquid. Drain and set aside.

Cook garlic in melted butter. Add flour and mix. Add reserved chicken stock. Add in milk.

Add thyme and sage. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese. Add turkey, cooked noodles, and frozen vegetables.

Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake.
