- 2 avocados diced
- 1 Roma tomato diced
- 8 ounces pineapple chunks drained and chopped
- 1/4 red onion diced small
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro diced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt (if using table salt, start with half)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Taste and add more salt, pepper, or lime juice as needed.
Serve with tortilla chips.
