Birthday Cake White Chocolate Bark

My Birthday Cake Bark is a fun and easy dessert. Made with just four ingredients, everyone will love this one

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces white chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 cup dry cake mix
  • 20 Birthday Cake Oreos broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper, foil or parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate according to the directions on the bag. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate. Mix extensively between intervals to help the chocolate melt.

  • Quickly whisk in the cake mix. Then stir in the Oreos.
    1/4 cup dry cake mix, 20 Birthday Cake Oreos
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared pan. Very quickly pour the sprinkles onto the wet chocolate, and gently push down.
    1/2 cup sprinkles
  • Let the bark set. Either freeze for an hour, or legit set at room temperature for about two hours. Break apart and enjoy. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
