Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

- 8 ounces crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese (or use more mozzrella)
- 1/4 cup scallions chopped
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl combine the chicken, cheese, scallions and Buffalo sauce.
Roll out the crescent roll dough. If it is the dough that has the seams, gently press them together to make one solid roll of dough.
Spread the chicken mixture over the entire area of the dough. Roll up the dough so that the longest length of the dough rolls up on itself. For best results with slicing, place the rolled up dough in the freezer for 30 minutes. Slice into 12 equal pices and place flat side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. Enjoy warm.
Sauce can be made a day or two ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
