Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter room temperature
  • 1 cup shredded chicken (155 grams)
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded (113 grams)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (118.3 grams)
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (28 grams)

Instructions

  • Spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter on one side of each piece of bread.

  • In a small bowl, combine the chicken, mozzarella, buffalo sauce, and blue cheese.
    1 cup shredded chicken, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • Preheat a large skillet with a cover over medium heat. Place two pieces of bread buttered side down in the hot skillet. Top each piece of bread with half of the cheese and chicken mixture. Top with the remaining bread, buttered side up.
  • Cover and cook the sandwiches for three minutes. Flip the sandwich, recover, and cook for three more minutes. Serve and enjoy!
