Easy Potato Wedges
These Easy Baked Potato Wedges come together so fast and make such a great side dish for so many dinners! With only three ingredients, this is a side dish that can't be beat.

- 2 large baking potatoes cut thin (about 7 to 8 slices per potato)
- 2 tablespoons grill seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the potatoes, olive oil, and grill seasoning so that the potatoes are well coated.
Place the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet with the skin side down. Baking them this way will keep you from needing to flip them half way through baking.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ketchup, Chick Fil A Sauce, BBQ sauce or ranch dressing.
