Flatbread Pizza
Flatbread Pizza is so easy to make and is such a delicious dinner idea. This is a great last minute meal!

- 1 piece of naan flatbread 4.4 ounces or 125 grams
- 3 ounces fresh mozzarella cut into slices (85 grams)
- 1 vine-ripened tomato sliced
- 4 fresh basil leaves cut into strips
- freshly ground black pepper
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the naan on the parchment paper. Top with the mozzarella and then the tomatoes. Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is beginning to brown.
1 piece of naan flatbread, 3 ounces fresh mozzarella, 1 vine-ripened tomato
Remove and top with the fresh basil and a little freshly ground black pepper. Cut and enjoy.
