How to Make Buttermilk

Ingredients

tablespoon
white vinegar
(or lemon juice)

cup
milk
(read about different milk types here)
Instructions
Add the lemon juice (or vinegar) to a one-cup
liquid measuring cup
.
Fill the measuring cup the rest of the way to the one-cup mark with milk.
Stir and allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes before using in your recipe.
