Ranch Dip

Ranch Dip is a really simple recipe, with most of the ingredients already in your pantry and refrigerator. You will love how delicious this dip is; the perfect snack with some vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light sour cream light sour cream works well here (227 grams)
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise light mayonnaise works well here (56.5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dry dill)
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons dry parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dry chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (if using table salt, start with half)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix together the sour cream and mayonnaise.
    1 cup light sour cream, 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • Add in all the other ingredients and mix well. Taste the dip and add more salt or pepper to taste.
    1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 teaspoons fresh dill, 1 clove garlic, 2 teaspoons dry parsley, 1 teaspoon dry chives, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Serve with cut up cucumber, carrots, and cherry tomatoes.
