- 1.5 pounds boomer gold creamer potatoes cut in half
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ground black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
